Layout of the Week - Lucy Edson

This week I chose this fabulous layout by Lucy Edson. It really stood out to me first because I LOVE valentines day and second because I just adore the design and the CRUSH paper line by Teresa Collins. I should also mention that Lucy said she hasn't scrapped for a while and this was for Guest Designing for CMK. I also asked Lucy a few quick questions so that we could all learn a little more about her.

1. How would you describe your work? photo centered with lots of layers and embellishments - I try to scrap my emotions about my photos.

2. What is your go-to scrapbooking element? stiching and paint - I use one or the other on almost every layout. And of course - I have a serious patterned paper addiction!

3. What brought you to A Million Memories and what is your favorite part about our community? I love the DT and great community here at AMM. I count many of you as my scrapping friends! Michelle puts together fun and creative kits that I love! Thanks so much for recognizing my work! AMM is the first scrapping place that I became active on when I started scrapping, so it has great memories for me. It was such an encouragement as a new scrapper to get feedback and be inspired by the members. Thanks, AMM!
