August Kit Design Team Reveal!

Here are some great layouts done by the design team using the August Kit. The great thing about our design team and the A Million Memories kits is that the team and the kits are so versatile. You'll know what I mean when you look at the design gallery projects side by side. They might be in a really clean style, a vintage shabby chis style, or somewhere in between. I love seeing all the different styles using the same products. It is really inspiring.

I should mention that there are only five of these August kits available so if you were contemplating a membership or want just this one kit, be sure to stop by the store ASAP! Click here to get yours! Alright, on with the show!

"Girls Just Want to Have Fun" by Tonya Dirk These pictures totally crack me up! I love Tonya's title treatment on those Doodlebug alphas. These alphas really are so versatile and there are lots of different treatments you can give them to make them standout. Here, Tonya has given them a cardstock background. Love that idea.
"Pink Princess" by Wendela I really like how Wendela has left a lot of white space on this one and clustered all of those embellishments. Really pretty. She also added a cupcake liner her for great texture.

"Notes" by Susan Dupre Here Susan shows us that this kit is also perfect for boy layouts because of the blues and greens.

"Songbird" by Rachel Hall Rachel gives these alphas a unique look by painting them to match the paint she used for the mask across the width of the picture. Perfectly coordinated. What a great idea and a great way to get more use out of your alpha stickers. Love the font, but not the color? Change it!

"Hat Trick" by Lucy Edson Lucy used the K&Co envelopes in this layout to make a layered mat for her photos. What a great idea to repurpose a product.

"Music of My Life" by Karen Grunberg Who knew pink could look so good on a baby boy layout. By pairing it with the gray, Karen has given this page a soft but still masculine feel. I also love how she overlapped her title alphas.
"It's Gonna Be A..." By Corien vd Oever Congratulations Corien! And congrats on this pretty baby layout. Corien used the buttons in the kit as flower centers to give them a more vintage edge.
That's it for today, check back tomorrow for what is new in the AMM store that you know you HAVE to have!
