Member Monday with Staci Taylor

In our first post CHA Member Monday we have the fantastic Staci Taylor to share with us a new Member Monday. This week she chose this super cute card by Charity Hassel.

Staci said, "I love it when people find unique ways to use scrapbooking products, and I could not stop staring at this card when I saw how Charity used the flourish to make "hair." Genius!"

"Together Forever Couple" card by Charity Hassel

Have yourself a little read of the interview Staci did with Charity for this post.

Staci: I love when people use products in unique ways, and the flourish "hair" on your girl on this card is SO adorable! Can you explain the process you used to make this card and how you came up for the adorable flourish idea?
Charity: I made the card from a sketch at cardpositioningsystem.blogspot.com. I really loved the man and wife and started digging through some embellishments trying to doll up their outfits when I came across the white flourish. It just clicked to use it as hair! hee!

Staci: Where do you get your inspiration from when it comes to scrapping and cardmaking?
Charity: Inspiration comes from many places- the energy of being around other scrappers whether online or in person, sketches, and the product itself.

Staci: What are your favorite products that you absolutely can not live without?
Charity: patterned paper, chipboard, and rubons

Have a visit by Charity's blog for more inspiration and be sure to leave her some love here on this post! You can check out her supply list for this card in the gallery here.
