March Design Team Inspiration

Yay! A new month and a new Design Team Scraplift, except this time around the design team has decided that since we don't actually lift the original layout but more so take some inspiration from it, these posts will from next month on be called Design Team Inspiration. This month we were inspired by this cute layout from AMM Member, Maria Swiatkowski. Have a look at her layout below.

"Little Pets, Big Love" by Maria Swiatkowski

Our first design team example comes from Rachel Hall who said, "For my layout I took inspiration from two main components of Maria's layout, her photo placement and the decorative border edge she used and incorporated both into my layout. I also loved the little embellished touch sticking off of the top of the page and used a sticker to achieve that same look which also helped achieve balance in the whole layout."

Next is this fresh and fun design from Kat Glossop who said, "I was inspired by the adorable tag, and of course the stitched on scallops,and just the overall design - cute!"

Here is my layout using Maria's as my inspiration. I loved the arrangement of her photos and the title on the tag so I used that in my layout about baking cookies with my sister.

Lastly we have this inspiration layout from Karen Grunberg who said, "I really liked the layering and tried to emulate it. I also liked the shaped side and created mine with ribbons."
